flash默认是关闭的，这是比较新的上游版本默认的选项，你可以在设置中打开，路径可能比较繁琐。

现在改过flags设置没法html5播放视频了，还原设置也是一样.然后开启了flash，所有视频放到第七秒就停下来了，也是无法播放
