Error when installing opengapps

here is the error log in case it’s needed:
the error i got was: "oops, something went wrong. installation did not finish as expected, if your android subsystem did not start, please uninstall opengapps. unknown reason.

well.do you see it’s just a beta version?it probably have some bugs,or you wait android subsystem open.maybe open a
android app to know it is open or not open
