报错是因为你这台设备下载更新包的次数超过了限制。同一台设备针对同一个版本，成功下载满 3 次后，后续更新检查会报错。这个限制主要是为了防止设备因为升级失败或版本回退而反复下载更新包，造成流量的浪费。已经为你临时加了一次下载权限，后续请不要在同一台设备上反复下载更新包，还是会遇到同样的限制。
