请问一下大家为什么要用fydeos，难道是因为想尝鲜，还是不喜欢用windows。fydeos适用于哪些人使用呢？
多数为闲置设备或者说踊跃尝鲜
FydeOS接近ChromeOS 可以同时利用安卓生态与Linux生态，使用逻辑简单–键鼠触控板快捷操作都还可以，就算一般的Chromium Linux也比其他Linux更顺滑些。
缺点：生产力不足，部分CPU平台与独显支持不足，无法有效利用，个人而言，FydeOS在设备的驱动适配上落后于外国同行，希望再接再厉，做大做强。
I tried FydeOS from a YouTube showing FydeOS on the Raspberry Pi 400. I already had the Raspberry Pi 400 kit. I thought it would be a great way to see what Chrome OS was about and learn to see if I stay with FydeOS or get something Chrome OS. I decided to do both, I keeping FydeOS on my Raspberry Pi 400 and waiting for my Lenovo Chromebook Duet.
So, the hardware was cheap, about $100.00 USD. The FydeOS is easy for someone like me to download and install. So with the Raspberry Pi 400 kit or other Raspberry Pi 4B, I can change to OS and do other projects on the same hardware. When I am done, return to FydeOS. The versatility of my personal hardware that a dedicated Chrome OS device can not give me.
This has the potential to be a great educational tool too. With Linux installed application, do projects with the GPIO pins. Use an Android app, reading a PDF file to work the project and type up the project report with Google Docs or the web version of Word. A one stop PC for education.
I believe FydeOS is for any one who wants to get online, do mainly web surfing, some light to medium office work. Since trying FydeOS I have learned the available office solutions have grown. Google Docs can do more than I thought it could do, making me wish the web version of Word could do more. Some office users could use FydeOS, leaving to believe why some small business would turn to Chrome OS.
Couldn’t find any like photo or video editors for FydeOS/Chrome OS. You will mainly want to install an Android version of a photo or video editor to be creative.
I am loving FydeOS on my Raspberry Pi 400 kit so far.
