安卓子系统一直无法启动

刚装完系统还好好的,酷安能打开的。结果第二次启动就打不开,任务栏图标一直转圈,已经转了好几分钟了,还是没有进去
本人显卡为intel hd620与amd radeon m330双显卡
cpu是intel i5-7200u
有看到说安卓子系统只支持核显,但我不知道独显是否有被启动,如果有,会出现上面的情况吗,望告知
